The Paradigm Program is changing the mindset of Cervid Livestock owner and how operational health management is changing. The development of The Paradiagm Program has taken place for more than 15 years. During this time and only through the experience and practical application of animal husbandry techniques, was this achieved.
Cervid Solutions has engineered our cutting edge Paradigm Program with you the member in mind. The program we provide is in-depth, professionally developed and available as part of our Cervid Membership Program. It consists of three primary technologies.
- Vaccine Service Package:
The Vaccine Service Package was designed promoting two autogenous vaccines, developed in conjunction with Applied Reproductive Concepts that help mitigate and manage the risk of infection from the widest range of pathogens found in Cervid today. The development of these autogenous vaccines came at substantial cost, not so in the monetary sense but from a time stand point. Cervid Solutions diagnostic work and research over the last five years has been extensive, ensuring a quality result in our Pneu-Vac and Eco-Vac Cervid vaccines.ßHyperlink? - Health Management System (HMS)

Electronic Notification System (ENS) with Auto Refill
The ENS with Auto Refill is design to help manage inventory of your autogenous vaccine supply whether Pneu-Vac2 or Eco-Vac. It works in conjunction with the Herd Management System and notifies you and Cervid Solutions when inventories are low. The Auto Refill feature calculates the number of doses needed for the members’ next booster and ships directly to you, without the hassle of a reorder!
The ENS also helps with forecasting orders, because of the unique manufacturing process of autogenous vaccines they can take upward of 12 weeks to manufacture. The ENS generates orders from the system of members and pre-orders. What that means is as a Member of the Cervid Solutions program you have preferred status on your Vaccine Service package refill. Additionally, forecasting enables Cervid Solutions to deliver a reduced cost autogenous vaccine to your operation quickly.
The Paradigm Program also has three fundamental building blocks that it works from. These principles are based on in-field work and developed specifically for the Cervid Livestock owner.

Previous to Cervid Solutions Paradigm Program, Cervid livestock operators administered antibiotics to animals after they became sick. The result was either successful (regained health) or unsuccessful (continued morbidity and ultimately mortality). This method of treatment has always been the standard until now…
Today, through the initiation of The Paradigm Program, Cervid livestock operators have a new management practice, a preventive one. Over time and in conjunction with leading industry professionals a Vaccine Service Package (VSP) was created. This VSP changed traditional management practices forever. Mortality rates drastically decreased, use of medication was greatly reduced, and strong immune systems were developed and fortified. In short the VSP saved lives and bolstered a wave of superior animals.

Pre-Vaccine Service Package Model: Antibiotic Treatment Only
- Administration of Antibiotic: By hand or via remote injection.
- Time Commitment: Antibiotics are administered every time an animal becomes sick.

- Stress Level: Potential for more stress to animals and Cervid livestock owners as dictated by the demand in administration frequency (as often as animals become sick).
